I came to see this company as my visa was due to expire in 2 months. I was applying for Indefinite Leave. I dont understand these reviews as the service I got was nothing short of perfect. My details were taken from the free clinic, i had a follow up appointment where I was asked for my documents beforehand. These were checked but there were issues I had to sort that I wasnt even aware of which told me how much detail they check over stuff. Rebooked me in, returned all my calls and answered my queries. At my next appointment we booked my premium appointment. Completed all my paperwork and called me in when it was ready for collection. They contacted me 1 week before my appointment at Solihull to remind me of the date and time which was more than i have ever got from any firm. Thanks to their work, i was granted indefinite leave and my card arrived after another day. They called me to tell me it arrived and ready to collect.
