Having suffered from depression on and off for years I believed that I could never see a way out. The NHS are fantastic for when my depression peaked but the same negative thought patterns would still be hanging around. At this time I feel so much better than I have done in ages even though one aspect of my life could be a source of stress I'm dealing with it much better.If you are feeling hopeless and that your depression will never go then see David. I don't know what will happen in the future however I do know that should something come back then he is the first person I will be going to. More...
