I joined the Women's Self-Defence class, and I absolutely love it. Julian is an excellent teacher, giving us helpful tips on how to improve technique and strength, challenging us to help us progress with our practice, as well as sharing interesting anecdotes related to our routines. Additionally, his teaching style is welcoming and relaxed, creating a supportive and friendly environment. Thoroughly enjoy these lessons. I have no prior experience and have started +40 . I'm hooked by how empowered I feel , and how much fun I am having !
