An excellent, professional company that does more than windows, although it specialises in this area. We have used them on many occasions for our high end properties that we manage. However, no job is too small or too large for them. They are able to deal with difficult installations that require compliance with local authority planning rules, including listed building properties and properties in conservation areas. They go out of their way to provide a holistic service and clean up very well afterwards. They are always willing to listen and resolve any difficulties that the Client may have, working to resolve any issues to the Client's satisfaction. They are rightly proud of the quality of their work and the service that they provide. They are of course, very busy but well worth patience and waiting for and if they can they will always attempt to assist in an emergency situation, which they recently did for us, after extensive damage was caused to the exterior of one of our properties. They are creative and imaginative and provide solutions to problems such as ventilation, noise protection etc. We would not use anyone else and have been using them for around ten years. More...

I had double-glazed timber windows excellently installed in my property by Camden Boxframe . Recently I've had the need to contact Calvin at Camden Boxframe on some technical and specification issues with regards to the property being in a conservation area. Calvin promptly produced all the relevant drawings and specifications required for my planning application to the local authority. Calvin would not accept any payment for his time or the drawings he did for me. V impressed with his commitment to traditional, beautiful joinery with the latest energy & security ratings. Camden Boxframe's response to Anya Paul, who is not a customer of ours. Anya called our receptionist and tried to verbally describe her requirements, since it was not clear what she wanted, she was advised that we would charge a day rate to attend the property to carryout her request.
this was carried out efficiently and quickly, she then bitched about the price after the work was completed, we then gave her a refund of £80 plus vat, but that's not good enough either.
Camden Boxframe does not charge by the hour, we charge by the day, in future if you don't have the money to pay for the work you want done, don't call us.
Camden Boxframe's reply to Andrew Day, who is not a customer of ours, we manufactured two windows in the property for the builder who was renovating the property at the time, Camden Boxframe built the two windows exactly to the builder's architect's design and drawings, we have been back to the property to modify the architect's shit design to make them more weather proof, with Fensa in attendance, all communications, emails and drawings are available on request to anyone that's interested, just email me and i will forward the details over, Camden Boxframe has nothing to hide.
