Rick is an excellent trainer his knowledge and enthusiasm is intoxicating because of ricks nursing knowledge of anatomy you feel safe and confidence that he will relief your pain this class is the best you feel good before during and after class I'm fortunate to be part of it. Tell your friends !

I started working with Coach Rick 9 months ago with the intention of improving my half marathon time. I naively thought that the training was just going to be more structure to my runs! Coach Rick is so much more! He's taught me about nutrition, understanding my motivations, proper form, and teaching me about the importance of each kind of run he schedules for me. Rick's stellar coaching and exercise science has helped me overcome two major injuries to become stronger, faster, and Iron-Fit. His artfully crafted, prescriptive, TRX workouts have specifically targeted my injuries and weaknesses and over the past two years, despite severe sciatica and a broken shoulder, I have tackled two Ironman 70.3s, one full marathon, 4 half-marathons, 2 SoCal Endurance 12-hr MTB races, and am on to another Ironman and XTerras in 2016. My husband started with Rick way before I did. Because he asked me to, I started in January. I had watched their Skype sessions and really did not want to do what they were doing! But we didnt. Rick talked with me and tailored our workouts for my body and my mind. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and we work on strengthening my body while not aggravating my RA. I can't say enough amazing things about coach Rick. He isn't a personal trainer, he's a coach...there is a difference. He pushes when I need to be pushed and listens when I need to get something off my chest.
