I needed a suit for an important family wedding but what BX made was unwearable – badly cut, shapeless, design requests ignored, finishing poor and all made even worse by alterations. £700 wasted and they refuse even to discuss compensation. They call themselves “the leading bespoke tailoring services in London.” Better than Savile Row? They’re not even the best tailoring service on Watford High Street. Great service from a very professional team. I’ve had several pairs of ladies trousers altered. Their work is to a high standard. The convenience of having a dry cleaners/tailoring business at Brent Cross is an important factor. Really pleased with the alteration of my evening dress. I was really worried about leaving it as it wasnt easy and another alteration place hadn’t really wanted to touch it and couldn’t guarantee a perfect finish But Muhammad was excellent he really took his time and listened to what I wanted The overall finish was amazing and I’m really happy !
