His excerise programme and massive encouragement has been essential to Tara’s weight loss. Tara has learning difficulties and in the past we have tried many different exercise and diet programmes but non have worked. I am 60 years old female with complex health needs I am a diabetic I wanted to strengthen my muscles and lose weight.
I started this journey in May 2023 if I did not train with Bob I would have given up. I have gone from strength to strength with Bobs style of coaching. I have transformed my body and look forward to my sessions twice a week it's fun , he is always in touch with me daily texting me to check on my progress giving me work out tips and diet tips in between our work out sessions.

A year ago I started running with a friend and could not get more than half a mile without needing to take a break. I started personal training with Bob about 6 months ago and yesterday I completed the Birmingham half marathon which is something I thought was impossible when I first started with Bob.
I highly recommend him to get you to your goals, whether that is increased fitness or taking on a big challenge.

I have been visiting BW Fitness for some months now having become concerned about my personal fitness levels at the age of 73 and have seen a marked improvement in my personal fitness.
I have lost a significant amount of weight and, as a type 2 diabetic, have been able to reduce the amount of insulin that I need to take.
Bob is great at encouragement but insists that I dictate how much I do and to what extent, whilst, at the same time, encouraging me to push myself to improve.
I have grown to really enjoy my visits and always feel good after a session.
Far better than visiting a gymnasium where you are just a membership number and no-one is there to advise and encourage.
I would thoroughly recommend BW Fitness.

I can't praise BWfitness enough. Bob is brilliant, he takes time to understand what it is you want to achieve and sets realistic goals that he knows will push you out of your comfort zone but at the same time he knows you can reach.

At my first meeting with Bob, in the studio in his garden, I looked at the cross trainer and the bike, and couldn't see myself using them.
I looked at the exercise mat on the floor and thought 'No way, if I get down on the floor I'll never get up. ' Bob kept talking about 'Baby steps.' and by the end of that meeting I thought, 'I can do baby steps.'
I went to my first session with some trepidation but, I need not have worried because he gave me the confidence to try and the support to go just a little bit further when I was ready to give up. He even thought of a way to exercise whilst avoiding the dreaded mat on the floor. It's not just about the session either, he always follows up with text messages to see how things are going.
The exercise studio is great. Bob is friendly, thoughtful, and motivating. He listens, adapts, and challenges. Just what I need.

I’ve never had a PT before and from the first meeting I was made to feel very comfortable. I really dislike exercise so I knew I needed someone that would push me and keep me on track. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All depends on clients goals. This is why I offer all new clients a free no obligation consultation with no time limit. This will enable us together to discuss clients requirements and it enables me to discuss an exercise programme specifically designed for each client personally.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
No secrets here. My patience, experience and knowledge and clients having an open mind towards exercise. Not forgetting to bring a little fun to each session.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting clients of all abilities and ages, variations in clients goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Had the opportunity to worked with a Personal Fitness Trainer for 5 years on a part time basis from 2006 to 2011. So when I was made redundant in 2011 Personal Fitness was the only way for me as I love it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have experience of working with clients of all abilities from losing weight, wanting to run a mile without stopping, completing a 5k, 10k, half or London Marathon. Alternately just exercising to feeling physically and mentally better about yourself.
I also have a 19 year old client that I have been working with for 5 years who is severely autistic, has several seizures on a weekly basis and is non verbal.
I've just commended sessions with a 70 year old who has been suffering with Parkinson's Disease for several years. Karnail has seen improvement in mobility and well being since we commenced sessions in my Private Studio.
