Bob is an amazing personal trainer and is quickly turning into a friend. I met Bob just over a week ago and since then he has text me every single day and coached me through the days that have been rough. I highly recommended him, he is awesome!

I've been attending bwfitness sessions for 3 years. Previously, I'd been a member of various local gyms but after a short while, lost interest and consequently stopped going. However, the sessions with Bob are always varied and fun. Bob is able to tailor the sessions to individual abilities and goals, like a personal trainer. I would highly recommend bwfitness to everyone!

I've been training with bwfitness for seven weeks and have lost 17lb. Bob is so motivating, enthusiastic and varies my fitness routine accordingly. I couldn't of achieved my weight loss without Bob by my side

Being a newbie to Bob and exercise all I can say is amazing. BWFitness is encouraging, inspiring, motivating and refreshing - you feel so uplifted after a session. Bob varies the routines from runs in the park to time in his garden gym equip with machines, weights and fitness equipment. I find it good not to know the pattern of the excercise as I could easily think 'not again'! Excellent value, location and - workout!

I have known Bob for over 2 years now, attending his Thursday morning sessions. At first I was apprehensive but I liked the set up -it is convenient in terms of session times and location, and Bob was very friendly and encouraging from the start. Gym memberships weren't working for me. This is a great alternative with the benefit of pay as you go, meeting some lovely people, getting fit and often enjoying the benefit of exercise in our lovely Sutton park.
Within his gym I do exercises I would never otherwise motivate myself to do. I also credit Bob for turning me into a runner. After starting off barely able to run round the block I can now comfortably run 3-4 miles in one of his park sessions, and I have completed the fun run (first time at age 42) and a couple of 10ks. I really love the sessions and don't like to miss a week which is a healthy place to be I think!

I started attending BWFitness group sessions over 2 years ago and am still hooked. Bob's knowledge and enthusiasm keep the sessions different every week so you don't know what you'll be doing each time you go. Activities include circuits, boxing, using the machines, weights, gym balls, running in the park. The variation is great and keeps my interest. With Bob's encouragement and support I find I push myself far more than if I was working out on my own. BWFitness is an excellent service, local, good value and I would recommend to anyone wanting to get fit and feel great.

no matter what your fitness level, bob tailors the workout to within your capabilities so you always feel supported and encouraged. You can push yourself as much or as little as you want. Every workout is different so your body doesn't get used to the same old routines like I found myself doing when I used to go on my own to a gym. With the park on the doorstep and a well equipped gym, there's loads to do and we always have a laugh too! With the pay as you go set up, it's more flexible than a membership as you don't waste money when you can't make it for whatever reason. I enjoy the sessions and have surprised myself with what I can do, thanks to bob's encouragement and expertise.

I initially went to see Bob to try and better my running. He has seen me through numerous half marathons, 2 marathons and is preparing me for a 100 mile bike ride. He is encouraging, supportive and an excellent personal trainer who listens to what you require and can make a unique training plan for you. I would thoroughly recommend going to see Bob as his motivation will enable you to achieve the goal you want to reach!

Well what can I say...

From The start Bwfitness was direct in his response and when we met I was hooked by his enthusiasm for my goals and what i had done in the past.

We have now done 3 weeks of my plan and at every turn Bob has given sound advice and encouragement, his knowledge, experience and passion for all things exercise in very apparent by the success stories he takes a personal role in delivering, to his clients.

The application of that knowledge delivered in a friendly, encouraging manner and when called for he drives for betterment of previous results.

I Highly recommend this trainer, but only if your serious about changing your life for the better or improving on what you already have achieved.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

All depends on clients goals. This is why I offer all new clients a free no obligation consultation with no time limit. This will enable us together to discuss clients requirements and it enables me to discuss an exercise programme specifically designed for each client personally.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

No secrets here. My patience, experience and knowledge and clients having an open mind towards exercise. Not forgetting to bring a little fun to each session.

What do you love most about your job?

Meeting clients of all abilities and ages, variations in clients goals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Had the opportunity to worked with a Personal Fitness Trainer for 5 years on a part time basis from 2006 to 2011. So when I was made redundant in 2011 Personal Fitness was the only way for me as I love it.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have experience of working with clients of all abilities from losing weight, wanting to run a mile without stopping, completing a 5k, 10k, half or London Marathon. Alternately just exercising to feeling physically and mentally better about yourself.
