Too many too choose from. As long as it is tasty and puts a smile on the face it's all good.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Firstly ask client if they have any favourite ingredients or dishes, food memories. Then build these into their menu. Every menu is bespoke.
What do you love most about your job?
Food.... Its the best thing creating dishes from a selection of different ingredients. Playing with flavours and seeing people's reaction to dishes we have created.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom of creating own our menus, candidates providing a service that we would love to receive.
