Roofing Installation or Replacement
nice guy ... he eventually arrived at my house after several cancelations.
I discussed the job with him and he gave me some advice.
I asked him to provide a quote as discussed so the work could be done.
I have not heard from him since
not good enough .... I am a man of my word its a shame others cannot just do what is asked.

Tim and the team rendered my house and refelted the roof. They were easy to communicate with, always arriving on time and leaving the site safe and tidy which was important to me having small children playing around. It is without any hesitation would we recommend Burlington Builders!
We have, over the years had a number of projects that we have used Tim and his crew;
including a massive renovation/rebuild this year. The standard of their work is excellent. Our projects have been slightly unusual and Tim and his team have been able to adapt our vision successfully. A further challenge for them has been that we live out of country - but through regular communication they were able to complete our project to an exacting standard. Tim works with and brings in local experts (electricians, tilers, plumbers, decorators etc.) who are all excellent. As well he has assembled a team that is super friendly, trustworthy, able to 'think out of the box' and come up with excellent solutions while producing an excellent standard of work. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Size is the most important as you will have to achieve the correct u-value. Which could intale loss of space height and sq meterage due to insulation thickness needed.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Stage 1 check for cavity work, dpm, sound roof timbers and water tight roof covering.
Repair where needed
Stage 2 fit dpm where needed and lay floor (floating or screed)
Stage 3 construct timber stud walls and insulate
Stage 4 electrical and plumbing 1st fix
Stage 5 plasterboard and skim coat plaster
Stage 6 2nd fix plumbing
Stage 7 2nd fix carpentry and decorate
Stage 8 2 nd fix electrical work and snag list
Smiles and flowers job complete
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Size mainly head room and good point of access up into the loft
