How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
We usually offer a free consultation visit to help access your options.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First we would inspect the existing building then produce some design sketches before liaising with the builder or local authority to confirm the status of the project. We can then help with the detail design and making sure you get building regulations approval.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most lofts can be converted but we would check heights and structure as part of our initial visit (usually free of charge).
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Following an inspection we would agree a design and confirm whether planning is needed or not. We would then work with your builder to ensure enough design and technical information is available, we may need an engineer to help at this point. We would then ensure that you achieve building regulations approval at the end of the project.
