Faultless and prompt service :-) - I had to resort to insurance to get my car sorted after a 'little scrape' in a local car park turned out to be far worse than I thought. BGS was the specified body shop and I was so impressed with all their dealings, in person, over the phone, and by email. The courtesy car was excellent and the repair immaculate. By far the best customer service I have seen from a car garage in my life. These people should teach customer experience to other garages, even at schools for other businesses. From reception to the service, very welcoming, helpful and trustworthy.
