I used BMI for the 1st time to buy my house recently as my usual mortgage broker did not seem interested in helping me. I found Mrs Parker to be unbelievably helpful nothing was a problem and the information she provided helped me to understand the product she was providing. I was given choices and recommendations from her and the reasons why she chose the product. Any questions I had were answered and the responses were quick and to the point no hanging around waiting for a response for days/ hours. As a BTL investor I have dealt with many mortgage brokers but found Oliver Lawton of Bright Money Independent the best of all. I was looking for a re-mortgage deal and undoubtedly Oliver found me one. He provided clear advice which was tailored for my unique situation. From start to finish he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and I was particularly impressed by his dedication to successfully conclude the whole transaction so swiftly and smoothly. His response to all my communication was rapid, which is very rare to find. Without a hesitation I offered him to assist me for a BTL purchase.
