I never write reviews but Bright and Beautiful are not cleaners they are expert house keepers who are thoughtful...you don’t have to detail everything you want them to do in the house they are intuitive and just get on and keep your house literally bright and beautiful! Whilst I was looking for a new cleaning service I discovered the tailored approach of B&B to be a much better experience than two local companies I have used prior. I have some rooms that aren't used in my home so paying for them to be part of the schedule seemed daft, I appreciated being treated like a real customer rather than another number on a rota. In the past, I have had up to 11 different cleaners from one company and it did make me feel a little uneasy when we had an issue. B&B always have a smiley disposition and I have the same friendly girls which make me feel more secure for my home as well as knowing someone is there when I am not sometimes around. They have really stood out in comparison to other local firms I have used before for the service and the nothing too much trouble attitude.
