I wanted to get an Intruder alarm installed at my home in March, after ringing a few local "firms" who advised on facebook , I was shocked to find how many of them have no accreditation to install alarms! !!!!! We have had faults with our access control system (15 doors) since it was installed by a national company 18 months ago. Feed up with repeated visits from un skilled engineers who never fixed the problems . we contacted Bridges Security to see if they could help.They send their lead engineers Kristian & David out. On arrival they were very professional & what’s more they fixed the problem within 3 hours !!!! completely over the moon , were now in the process of moving all our Fire Safety , Alarms & cctv system to Bridges very happy More...

After a recent Health and safety inspection. By work place was found to have insufficient safety measures. Not knowing very much I called Bridges Fire & security. David was very knowledgeable on the subject & recommended a Fire Risk Assessment was where we should start. I engaged Bridges to do this. Mike the accessor talked me through the law and what was needed. We then agreed for Bridges to install a new Fire Alarm and emergency lighting system. Bridges Fire have looked after the care home I work for for the last 5/6 years. due to the great service we've received , I recently got Bridges to install an alarm at my house. the installation only took a morning and all mess was cleaned up . We originally asked for some help with a very old alarm, that we could do little with, when we bought our house. Dave arrived on time and showed us how to work the system. At no point was there any hard sell but we decided to invest in a new alarm and cctv system. We had the same person install the alarms and cctv for us and he is very friendly and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble and prices are very reasonable. They have provided fantastic after care, quickly resolving a faulty key fob and popping back when we accidentally pulled a wire out.Very pleased with the service we have and continue to receive. He gave very good advice and explanations and didn't try to sell us more than we needed.The quote was very competitive, some Peterborough firms quoted us over £800 more for the same thing !!! They arranged attendance to quote that same afternoon !!As I was a victim of crime they rearrange some other jobs to install my system within 48 hours !!!! David & Lee the engineers who attend my home where knowledge, professional individuals.
