I worked with Lorraine for my wedding in mid-June 2019. I knew Lorraine was brilliantly talented and has a keen eye for detail. She did hair for me, my mom, MIL, bridesmaid and two friends. Lorraine knocked it out of the park for everyone's hair. She affixed hats, fascinators, and flower crowns with total ease. I cannot recommend the wonderful Lorraine enough. She created the hair of my dreams - as well as that of 7 others on the day - so smoothly, happily, creatively and with such fun! Lorraine Newark is a superstar hair artist. I had my trial in early June and Lorraine made me and my bridesmaid feel totally at ease immediately. Our wedding day was 20th September 2018 (2 days ago) and my hair was fantastic. It stayed totally secure through wind and rain and 4 hours of almost non-stop dancing until I hit the sack at 2am!! Lorraine had myself, 7 bridesmaids and my mum’s hair to style. What a lady! I showed her a picture of an idea and she was able to recreate it but also apply my one ask which was to keep volume at the top. She made the design her own and I felt so so special. I loved my hair and so many people commented on how amazing the bridesmaids looked. The hair stayed in place all day without any worries. Such a lovely lady, works ahead of time and cares deeply. Massive thank you to Lorraine who did my hair and made my hair band for my recent wedding. Lorraine is such a lovely person to be around an amazing hairdresser. I only needed one trial to get the style I wanted and sent Lorraine and photo of my wedding dress as inspiration for a hair band, what Lorraine made was perfect.

Lorraine did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my July wedding and I would highly recommend her! Before the day Lorraine came to my house to talk through options and did not only my bridal hair trial but also gave me a totally different style for my hen do. On the morning of my wedding Lorraine was a lovely calming influence to have around as myself and my bridesmaids got ready. Lorraine did mine and my 3 bridemaids hair for my wedding at Chicheley Hall. I had at first wanted my hair down and then nearer the day changed my mind and she was incredibly accommodating towards me. I trusted her advice and she was able to make my vision come to life. Lorraine did an incredible job for me and my 5 bridesmaids in September. We needed to all be ready by 11.30 and she finished ahead of schedule (even having time to help my mum with her hair) with no compromise to quality. Every individual style was catered to each of us and equally beautiful. Lorraines work is amazing. She did a fab job in December on my hair and the five bridesmaids. Even made me the perfect hair pieces to match my dress. The hair looked great and lasted all day evening and night til the morning. We didn't have a plan for the girls hair before the day due to indisciveness so Lorraine turned up on the day to a jumble of ideas and worked her magic. Lorraine I can't thank you enough! My hair looked better than I could have imagined. You're a miracle worker because it was very windy, but my hair stayed in place all day! It was even still curly 2 days later!
Lauren and Maria (bridesmaids) looked beautiful! You created such a simple and stylish hairstyle that suited them so well. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Lorraine did a fantastic job on my hair and my three bridesmaids in March for my wedding. I showed her numerous pictures on my hair trial and Lorraine knew exactly the kind of style I wanted.

Lorraine did my bridal hair, along with my mum and 4 bridesmaids last week and I honestly couldn't have wished for a more friendly or professional stylist. Lorraine knew exactly what I wanted at the trial and did my hair perfectly first time. She also made me a beautiful hair vine which I would highly recommend getting as it was much better quality than those I have seen in shops and matched my dress perfectly!

I found Lorraine online whilst looking for wedding hair stylists in Northamptonshire. My mum, sister and I travelled to her house for our hair trial and I knew upon entering I had made a great choice. Lorraine was so welcoming and warm. She put us at ease straight away. Hair styling is such a major part of a bride's look on her wedding day and can really enhance the whole look. I had an idea for style and Lorraine surpassed my expectations. She also tried in some of her beautiful hand made hair accessories which was something I hadn't even considered but was sold on straight away. They are a real keepsake and something I will treasure and maybe one day offer to my own children on their wedding day! My mum was very unsure about having anything but a blow dry for the day, but after the trial she was just glowing having had a sophisticated up do which Lorraine made look stunning even though mum has short hair. We were all thrilled. On the day she did 3 other bridesmaids all without trials and all 3 were delighted and couldn't stop looking at themselves in the mirror.
