What do you love most about your job?
We understand and work with technology but what we really like doing is working with people. We make technology work, but it’s the people that appreciate what we do. We want to enjoy our work and we want those that we work with to be delighted with what we do. Every project is different and working out the best way to achieve our clients' goals and then delivering successful solutions to support their businesses is personally very rewarding. It also keeps us current with the latest technologies and trends as the world accelerates into the future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started Brandon Cross, over 12 years ago now, to be able to work with a more diverse range of customers and to be able to explore and exploit newer technologies, while being more creative and adaptable than is normally possible with larger organisations. It's been a great experience working with companies from large multi-nationals, to regional charities, to creative entrepreneurs; deploying contact centre solutions, security solutions, mobile applications and more. It is a joy to see new ideas and technologies come to life.
