Sorry to Lauren and Chloe as this has been a long time coming! I wanted to state how amazing Lauren and Chloe were at doing my make up and hair for a wedding. Not only did they do a fabulous job you can clearly see they are talented at what they do, they both were such lovely and kind genuine people that went above and beyond to make me and my 5 year old daughter happy. For example I didn't ask Lauren to put make up on my daughter but she did anyway and made my daughter feel like a princess and Chloe then helped my daughter get dressed to help save time. We had a lovely talk and they made me feel very relaxed, their time keeping was fantastic and they even offered to take photos of us all as a family at the end. They seem genuinely interested in where I was going and what I was doing and I highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again in the future! X More...

Visited the salon yesterday after a friend recommended them as she has been a customer of theirs since the salon changed ownership a year ago. I had a wax and a manicure and I am very impressed with the results. All the staff were friendly and professional and the salon was welcoming. The products used were of a high standard, the colour options for the manicure were excellent and the finished result was first class. Without doubt Holly is the best beauty therapist I have ever had she is so good at waxing, gels and facials. I have used the salon for 4 years and had a few other therapist have done my treatments but I always ask for Holly now. She is simply the best.

Ah how unfair the other review is, all the therapist are lovely and are all fully qualified with NVQ level 2 & 3 and have done additional training at Jessica, Dermalogica, Guinot, Oxy-jet and Crystal Clear all their certificates are available . Sadly the last person is used to nail bar's in Hoddesdon and not proper manicure / pedicures.I have been visiting the salon for years and Holly is adorable the salon has a happy vibrant feel it's always spotless and the staff make me feel like a princess.I have been in many other local salon and I always come back to Bourne Beauty. The month offers are fantastic, and the open evening was brilliant I saw Caci, Beauty Tox and Microdermabrasion it was so interesting and I have book the Beauty Tox course for myself and my husband. Attended a lovely facial evening and booked the Caci facial for both myself and my husband they are amazing good value just £35 each, locally they cost about £50-70! The therapist are lovely so knowledgeable and well trained it such a nice salon and I will deffinately be booking more treatments ask for Holly or Nicole they are the best. Also had gels for the very first time this week as going on holiday so will report later if they last for the 2 weeks holiday as promised! More...

I love this Salon, I have such a good time every time I visit! I love the microdermabrasion my skin feels fantastic and it has also helped my daughter's skin which was congested and had black heads she was loosing her confidence and wearing lots of make to cover her spots. After 3 treatments it looks amazing. Holly and Abi are brilliant such lovely girls and will go to any length to make you feel good, other treatments I have had are waxing, manicures, pedicure, eye brow tinting and they have all been good.
