We have been asked by Bark to introduce ourselves to you. Although we are in the counselling section ourselves, we have found that actually talking about problems is inefficient but we have found a way to overcome this flaw. When people are exposed to an overwhelming experience they bottle it up or store it away for dealing with later. The problems arise when they do not deal with them later, often, they say, because they wish to leave it in the past or they do not want to open that can of worms.

We have found a way to deal with these problems without talking about them but you do have to feel them. Our method of removing them is very quick, usually only two or three sessions are needed. It is efficient, you do not have to divert any feelings or use more effort. Instead, the problem is gone. The most common words used after a session are “I feel lighter.”

It is so efficient that we say one minute on our couch is the equivalent of a years counselling or psychotherapy, probably a bit of an exaggeration but you get the point. Our patients lie on a couch while we hold their head. They then connect with their problem, we feel a tightening, and many other things but before the patient gets too wound up in that problem we get them to stop and process the bit they have got. Our job is to stop the patient getting overwhelmed. The process of connecting to a bit and processing it might take five to ten seconds. And then we do another bit. After each bit is done that bit is complete and doesn’t comeback. In this way we clear out all the problems. Grief is usually sorted out in five to ten minutes, occasionally, if it is severe it may take fifteen minutes. Anxiety, depression and even phobias and compulsions are sorted in a similar way.

You might need to travel a bit further to see us, you might have to pay a little more per session but our method is extremely efficient and so you will need a lot less sessions. We suggest you try just one session to start with and see how far you get.
