What’s your signature dish?
We have a passion for fresh, local produce. Meat & fish are always a highlight but we have a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes available too!
Desserts are also a bit of a forte of ours.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Sit down and discuss their exact requirements. We do have example menus which can be chosen from but prefer to give our clients the choice.
