Very refreshing to get such a thorough and decent service. My company, In Balance Energy, a solar installations company needed technical assistance on-site for two projects. We also needed help with some of our own IT systems particularly with providing secure internet and network access between us and our clients, primarily for sharing power generation data but also increasingly alongside power usage data. Scott and his team were great with our clients and we just left to it. They were also quick to understand exactly what we wanted to achieve. What do you love most about your job?
I love to provide solutions that exceed the requirements, give good value in a professional manner and make clients happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I could give the clients what they needed without all the unnecessary hype and expense of the larger IT companies. Although we have now grown a national footprint we are still pretty small so we still feel close to our clients and really understand their needs.

We supply a fantastic service with great value for money compared to all the large corporate telecommunications & IT companies. Our engineers take ownership and get the job done in the appropriate no nonsense manner. We always get great feedback and are usually on first name terms with most customers.

All voice, data & power solution monitoring is available remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All engineers carry full PPE and adhere to government guidelines.
We also encourage clients to advise us of any further Covid precautionary measures they require ahead of any site visits. We can also arrange non-contact visits with some planning ahead of time.
Solar solution design & installations
We design the solution with your requirements and budget in mind. Any scale, domestic or commercial.
On grid or off grid systems supplied , fitted and maintained.
Solar repairs and maintenance
We diagnose faults and if possible repair on the spot.
Domestic or commercial, single/3 phase.
If your system is older than 7 years then you may be due a checkup, we usually see failures in years 7-10.
We also offer maintenance, monitoring & repairs as a managed service.
