I needed to replace my 25yr old oil boiler and also wanted to add a new radiator and install a hive thermostat at the same time. Whilst looking for quotes many plumbers would not even return calls or messages!!�
Joe & Tj were recommended by a service engineer so I gave them a call to come out and quote. Joe arrived promptly as agreed and on the visit he was very clear as to the work needed and parts required.
The quote was returned the same evening by e-mail again with clear deatail and description of the work I wanted, parts needed, details of boiler guarantee and payment terms should I commence.
With a large sum of money involved it's always concerning when selecting a tradesman especially when using them for the first time.
A week later after reviewing all quotes I chose them for the job and within 3-days everything was installed and complete within the same day.
They're polite arrived exactly when they promised, completed the installation how I wanted, all old materials were removed from site and cleaned up all mess behind them just as you hope to expect from any tradesman.
I would certainly recommend them to others and hope hope to use them again myself in the future.

TJ was recommended by a friend as we needed a radiator moved and replaced in my living room. Contacted B4B through Facebook, explained what needed doing, sent over some pictures and was given a VERY reasonable quote so we went ahead and organised. I have used this company several times from emergency plumbing repairs to cooker installations. Naughty of me to never leave a review. Today my boiler had decided to stop working, on Christmas Eve of all days. I sent a fb plea message for help, Tj responded within minutes and was able to arrange time to fix my boiler and get my central heating and hot water back on line. Christmas Eve I had visions of trawling for emergency plumbers and a massive bill. What I got from this company today, was an excellent service and a quick reaction time to my emergency, brilliant. To be fair I have received this level of customer care on all occasions be it an emergency or standard booked work. Great guys, and I would highly recommend.. Thank you for saving my Christmas..
