Excellent service in store when ordering two Fargo sofas and very pleased with the explanation of the options available and the quick lead time. We were given good advance notice of available delivery date and we received a call 40 minutes before they arrived on the due day. I have been a customer at Bo Concept, Tottenham Court Road for more than 5 years. During this time I have purchased items of varying size and shape. I have developed a good working relationship with the staff at the show room. From the start they have been very professional and helpful. Even now they are very courteous, polite and fantastic hosts offering me a warm drink while I browse round the store. Special mention should be made about Emil Dahl. He has made sure I am completely satisfied with their products and service. When he has not been available, he has delegated the work to Virginia. My experience at Bo Concept, Tottenham Court Road, was exceptionally good and am writing this review to highly recommend this shop, its Manager and also the staff working with him. So 5 *****! Four years ago, we bought some furniture for our new home and were helped in making the right choices by a very young Danish Interior Designer: with great clarity and without ever being pushy, he drew a project and dedicated a lot of time, just to make sure we were happy with it. Also my partner was really impressed because we never happened to come across someone so highly skilled, extremely calm, polite and patient, in other furniture shops.Time went by and we then returned there for buying some accessories. Again, we were assisted by Emil who, in the meantime, had become General Manager, a promotion which didn't surprise us at all.Just few days ago, I was again in the shop, because we're now looking to buy a lamp for the living room and they do have some nice ones. Again, the experience was good, and I found a nice object giving out a shade of light, not a too bright one. We never had problems with the home deliveries and also Customer Service reflected the high standard of the General Management.For this reason, I just want to take this opportunity to thank, also on behalf of my partner, the Bo Concept's staff and their Managers for all what they did for us. I had a great experience with BoConcept. I was so indecisive about choosing a dining table and chairs for my living room. The Events & Business Manager / Design Consultant, Serene jumped in to help when I visited the store in Battersea . I showed Serene a picture of my living room and she helped me pick the furniture and look. She filled me with confidence that the choices I went for would look really good and even got in touch a few days later to suggest some alterations that she also thought might work. I think the real measure of Service from a company is the aftercare. We had an unfortunate accident with our sofa and David and the team have gone above and beyond to support us. From our original (on spec) drop in to the store ( we were going to the shop next door but liked BoConcept better) to our design meeting with Alan to the delivery and installation, everything has been fantastic. Bo Concept Manchester.We travelled far and wide looking for the style of furniture to suit our newly built home. Bo Concept designs fitted the bill perfectly. We chose the Manchester store for our purchases and virtually furnished the entire house.We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, they are amazing! Alan, David and Nicky were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.We visited the store on numerous occasions and were always made very welcome. I've dealt mainly with Alan with a little cross over with David. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so helpful and polite. I live down south but have recently started to re-decorate my holiday home up North with Manchester being the closest store. Purchased a new house last year and went to BoConcept Manchester to help us furnish it. We used their interior design service which was amazing. David came out and talked us through the process and then basically designed our whole house. Both my partner and I have been back a number of times now for additional pieces and David, Alan and Nikki are always more than happy to help us. Modernist contemporary high end quality furniture store in Tottenham Court Road they have very nice well made interior furnishings from floating wall units to some classy light fittings and lovely furniture and tables staff are friendly and approachable,They also over a I teriordesign service so if you bri g in your floor plans they can tailor make alterations to your preferred choice to fit your home.

We visited the Guildford branch with a vague idea of what we wanted. After a very professional and pleasant design consultation home visit from Jess, we had a much clearer idea of what would work. Jess' follow-on guidance in store proved invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her Guildford colleages. We absolutely love BoConcept! We use the London Finchley Road store.Bought pretty much our whole flat's worth of furniture from them (although used the interest-free credit option to pay for it over 2 years), and it is such good quality and interesting furniture. We also just bought some accessories - a big mirror, cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs - from them and they are already talking points for guests. The personal interior design service is just excellent, and all the guys in the Finchley Road shop are so lovely. When we get a bigger house, I'm sure we'll be back for even more :) More...
