I have had just one kinetic shift session with Marie and I can not believe the change within. I have suffered with ptsd for years which at times has been crippling. I literally feel like i have been touched by angel, Marie has removed the bad, heavy, negative feelings, with her simple technique. I entered the session feeling overwhelmed and hopeless and left feeling light and calm. This was 2 weeks ago and i'm still searching for the bad feeling which isn't there. Highly recommend Marie and her therapies!!
I came to her with prolonged and extreme pain due to a prolapsed disc and I was feeling very down as a result.
From the moment I met Marie, I knew she'd be able to help me as she has such a calming aura about her.
I had reflexology treatment but I needed surgery as the issue was mechanical. I had fought so long to avoid surgery and I was petrified about surgery and the possible consequences. Marie supported me every step of the way going above and beyond with phone calls and texts, even as I was laying on the hospital bed. After surgery she continued checking on me helping me stay positive.
I was very fearful of returning to work as I worried I'd do something to make me relapse. Marie helped me by doing a hypnotherapy session and provided a recording so I could prepare for my return to work, which I still listen to if I start worrying.
Thank you soooo much Marie, you really are a Super Star!

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing every client leaving my therapy room feeling relaxed and calm, even after just one session.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own health problems inspired me to learn Reflexology, I decided to train as a hypnotherapist as I developed an interest in mental health problems.
Why should our clients choose you?
My work is ,'content free' meaning that I won't ask you to revisit past traumas. I concentrate on the here and now and giving you the tools you need to live a calm, happy and fulfilling life. Both Hypnotherapy and Kinetic Shift are effective in treating a range of issues from addiction to anxiety, together we will work out a plan that you are comfortable with and will progress at your pace with no pressure .
