Fleecehold. Awful company to deal with. Dishonest, unprofessional and irritating. All they do is demand for doing very little. Our annual service charge has almost doubled in three years. This kind of practice is being investigated by the government and should be illegal in the future. These companies are currently unregulated at the moment and are robbing new home owners for millions of pounds nationwide. Check out Google reviews which provide a much better picture of this crooked company. There's a more customer input rather staff employees such as on this site. More...

When buying a Keepmoat home there is no mention of the Fleecehold scandal you are getting yourself into. You will be told a white lie that a gardening fee of £10 a month is payable as the council can no longer afford to take on the Open Space on your development, but this is actually a Fleecehold Contract which will subject you to the worst things imaginable (in homeownership terms) such as uncapped and unregulated Service Charge demands, being ordered to pay Service Charge for maintaining a site where the landscaping never been installed and has certainly not been completed, the deeds to your home will be tied to a third party company in Nottingham who charge extortionate amounts for anything in their remit relating to your house, and who have no interest in your wellbeing or general site safety and who are only in it for the money. In the sales process Keepmoat seem to deliberately make you wait until a few days before completion to give details of the land management contract so that you have already given notice on your previous accommodation and have no option but to sign. This is pressure selling at its finest and is a wholly immoral way of conducting business.

After 2 years the site (still bare soil at this point) starts getting "maintained" by the land Management Company at full cost, and when the first bills start to arrive a year or two later you state you are not paying the Service Charge because the site is wholly incomplete (no trees, grass, bushes etc) and an inadequate amount of maintenance work has been done to the bare soil to caretake the incomplete site and the onus is on Keepmoat to complete site to specification prior to Service Charges being applied, and this is a scam and you are being fleeced, the Management Company dismisses your concerns, minimizes you as a person and says it's Keepmoat's issue to fix not theirs, but that we owe them money for all the work they've done and they proceed to contact your mortgage lender without your permission a view to adding the "debt" to your mortgage, all without your authorisation. This is actual robbery and absolutely the last thing you expect when buying a new home on a landscaped development. How this is allowed to happen on a regular basis is beyond me.

The site infrastructure is not built / rushed where it is built to meet Keepmoat's internal deadlines with huge corners cut (a bit like the houses themselves) and the work will of course not completed to standard. Keepmoat seem to intentionally do this as part of their business model to save money and time, and hope that nobody notices the missing infrastructure, leaving the issues on the site to be taken care of by the Management Company which will also cost homeowners £,£££s / ££,£££s down the line. If you try and sell the houses they are effectively unsellable as the Management Company has a stake in your Title. If I could give people one piece of advice when buying from Keepmoat? Don't. I am starting to think the only way out of this house now is in a bodybag.

AVOID!!! Dishonest and unprofessional. They deserve zero stars. I agree with previous comment. Someone must have been paid to post multiple and successive positive comments about Simon and the company. This person has repeatedly lied and misled us. Charged us for works we never asked for. Unscrupulous, and untrustworthy. Pretend to be nice at first then nail you with a contract they fail to honour. More...

I think all the reviews on this page must have been written by russian trolls (or Blue Property staff themselves). I have yet to meet a Blue Property "customer" who does not think that they are all crooks!

For 2 years of my tenancy with Blue Property Management, it has always been a smooth and effortless period. Handyman Steven is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with fixing stuff and advising on how to avoid such issues in the future. Simon Marlow was absolutely brilliant, understanding and patient throughout the later part of the tenancy, including vacation of the property, as for a first-time tenant this whole thing was quite overwhelming - he made it an effortless process. The overall service from Blue Property Management team was professional and responses were sent in a timely manner. I would have stayed a lot longer if it wasn't for commuting distance.If your new property is managed by Simon and Steve - you have absolutely nothing to worry about. More...

Billy did an excellent job cleaning the communal garage. It was an absolute mess, spider webs everywhere, dirt and mold. Thanks to Billy I no longer have to run to the car in fear of spiders dropping on my head LOL. Well done Billy you deserve a well earned drink after cleaning for nearly 6 hours. More...

Blue Property Management have only recently took over the management of our apartments. After my initial phone call to the Office with our problem, I was called back by Simon within 30 minutes. Alex the builder was on site dealing with the problem the next day, even returning during the Christmas period to finish the job off. Hi I am leaving my review based on the area manager for St. George’s mill in Leicester Simon Marlow. Since Simon’s involvement with St. George’s mill I have found him to be very helpful, he always responds to my emails in a timely manner and has always tried to assist and offer support where he can. Before simons involvement, blue property would hardly ever contact you back, they didn’t seem concerned with lease holders needs. Simon has been very proactive with listening to the needs of lease holders and trying to support where he can. I have found the Property Manager for Blue Property Management company extremely helpful. We have recently taken the decision to go with the right to manage option alongside Blue Property. They have helped us every step of the way advising us especially in legal matters. It is working extremely well.
