The manager and the director of Blue Arch Homecare have over 8 years of experience working within the health care sector. Combining with all the experiences, the manager at blue arch homecare promises to offer the best level of support to all of our service users. We work with each service users to develop their own personal care plan that meets their need and to retain their independence, dignity and privacy. We continually strive to achieve the highest standards through the quality of our staff and their commitment and dedication to delivering care, support and companionship to all those whom they work with.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Blue Arch Homecare provides all the PPE equipment to all care staff members.

The director of Blue Arch Homecare has a long history working within the health care sector and with over 8 years of providing care, I have grown to form a company that ensures to meet the needs of the service users and to create tailored care plans that work around them. Our success comes from our friendly, person-focused approach and we have dedicated ourselves to help our service users make independent choices whilst being supporting to live in the chosen lifestyle.

• All staff have a friendly and bubbly personality to ensure safe service and to make the service users feel more comfortable.
• And, to ensure high quality of care, we'll undertake aggressive monitoring by spot checks, supervisions and appraisals.

We will also make sure that the service users culture, religious beliefs and other personal attributes are respected by all staff members.
