What do you love most about your job?
We pride ourselves in finding the right carer for the client to match in detail the client different needs. Delivering the right care is very rewarding .
What inspired you to start your own business?
I struggled to get the right care for my late mum who needed personal care in her last days due to dialysis. Once i found the carers i had to train them personally because of the knowledge i aquired from my care back ground and a lot of research. Her care had to be tailored according to her changing needs. The carers also needed a lot of support from my self and need to be reassured and shown appreciation all the time. Caring for others is from the heart, Since then when recruiting staff i ask myself if i can have the carer to look after my own mother. It has to be a yes before we take any agency staff on board.
