I LOVE Sara’s baby yoga class.. I have tried so many classes and this is by far my favourite, so much so that I travel 25 minutes every week to get there and it is totally worth it! !!! Sara is very knowledgable and caring and takes her time to explain everything clearly whilst promoting fun and play too with the little ones. It’s so nice to take time out of your busy life to stop and be totally 1 on 1 with your baby and the mantras are a really nice touch too... i would rate 10*!!! More...

I love going to Sara’s aqua every Tuesday evening, and I’ve been attending for a good couples of months during my pregnancy. She is very friendly and welcoming and gets you feeling fit and fresh during the sessions. I’m hoping to attend once I’ve had baby aswell as it’s a great way of getting a bit of exercise in each week if you have a busy schedule. More...

Loving Aqua & Pilates in pregnancy classes. It’s the 3rd month that I am attending both. During Pilates you can relax, stretch and Aqua makes you feel really active. Sara is very caring and friendly - I fully trust her with the workouts. Definitely recommend to pregnant and not pregnant! I am planning to continue Aqua after pregnancy and join baby yoga! More...

I joined the Pilates late last year and have to say it’s the best thing I did. Never realised how much of an impact this had until I missed this week class and my back and lower legs have been in agony after missing for just a week. Never again!!! I attended Sara’s aquanatal throughtout most of my pregnancy and I looked forward to the classes every week :) lovely and relaxing, but still great exercise, and I made a group of lovely new friends-nothing encourages bonding like pregnant women trying to get dressed after swimming! I attended Pilates right from week 12 of my pregnancy until the week before I delivered. I felt it really helped me to stay active and flexible during pregnancy and strengthened my body for what was to come after too. I went to my first Buggy Fitness class in Allesley Park yesterday and really enjoyed it. Sara checks that you are ok and is really friendly and the exercise was at a suitable level. Looking forward to continuing!

I started Pilates a few weeks ago and find the classes excellent. Whilst they can be hard work now being 33 weeks pregnant, I really feel the benefits and would definitely recommend the classes!

I have recently started Aquanatal with Sara on a Monday evening and I absolutely love it! Prior to pregnancy I have always enjoyed aerobic exercise, and this gives me the same buzz and enjoyment but with the safety of the water around me helping to ease my heavier body. Also the fact she is a midwife makes me feel I am in safe hands! I would highly recommend these classes to any other expectant moms wanting to stay fit during pregnancy. More...

I have attended 2 sessions of the aquanatal, and really enjoying it. Sara and the group are really welcoming. I have been Struggling with SPD and wasn't sure if any form of exercise would be possible but Sara has been really helpful and I'm finding that being in the water provides much needed relief from the SPD pain.

I have been attending the buggy workout class, it's great exercise and Sara is really friendly. The class includes a good mix of walking/running as well as strengthening and you can go at your own pace. Would recommend to all mums who like to get out in the fresh air with their little ones. Sara at Blissful Babies is brilliant! I would recommend the “Buggy Fit” group to any newish mum ready to get her groove back. Sara is so sweet and very encouraging, when your mid squat or skipping in through the park! She mixes up the exercises with light jogging, weights and resistant bands. Sara is warm and friendly, she welcomed me personally and makes sure I was ok and if she needed to know anything. She then introduced me to the group, who were also warm and friendly.

The class has great music and the time flies by. The group has a giggle and afterwards we all had a chat. I think it’s great exercise and wonderful to meet Mommies to be as well.

I have been having aches and pains in my back and hip, the class really helped soothe these as well.

I love the fact that I can continue with Aqua until Baby is born and then join the buggy group afterwards.

I love attending Aquanatal with Sara on a Tuesday evening. I am 28 weeks pregnant and it's great to know I can still exercise and keep fit without worrying about hurting myself or the baby. Sara has a whole host of experience and knowledge and always gives great advise and checks on me and the other ladies. I look forward to going each week (I'd go more often if I could) - it helps with back ache too and you feel weightless in the water which is great! I encourage all pregnant women to come along!
