I have worked with BK Consultants when major structural problems have been found within properties, from multi storey flats to semi detached or terraced housing, including issues with external additions ie balconies or walkways. BK have always been professional, have a depth os knowledge, providing factual information, with options and costs enabling the content to be used in reports to boards or committees. All plans were approved straight away by building control and building regulations inspectors were very impressed by the high standard of workmanship and attention to detail regarding the design of my house extension. I found that they were excellent value for money and extremely experienced and knowledgeable. BK designed steelwork for my property which is in excess of 100 years old subsequenlty there is not a straight angle in the existing house, they took due care and diligence to design for the wonkiness of my old house and needless to say the steelwork was designed and fitted without any problems.
