It's a great friendly environment! The coach is the best I've ever had and encourages you to develop your own styles. You will gain confidence, friends, fitness and both personal and physical strength.
Its a great workout! Whether you are a beginner or not, everyone progresses together. Also a great place for both ladies and gentlemen to get involved.

My son had a trial class here and although he settled on a different martial art, I was struck by how supportive the class was and especially that they did exercises that actively encouraged the kids to look out for each other. My younger son (age 4) daughter (age 1) and I have been to the Baby BJJ class and both of them seemed to enjoy it. More...

An extremely well balanced class with a proper (functional) warm up, technique section and then sparring at the end, usually for about 20 - 30 min. As well learning fantastic techniques under superb instruction there is a strong cardio / strength element to the class saving a few hours down the gym each week.Weather you are looking to become a proficient ground fighter, compliment your Ju-Jitsu or other martial arts or just burn through some extra calories each week this is the class for you! Lots of fun, great music, friendly / driven participants, instruction from people that really know what they're doing and have a deep passion for what they do. You really can't go wrong! More...
