I have attended a couple of Zoe's classes at the studio & really enjoyed them. This weekend I attended the yoga retreat in Scotland & had such a perfect weekend.
The surroundings were so beautiful & peaceful with gorgeous veggie homemade food, but the main thing was how great the yoga was. Zoe explored & explained different types of yoga & it was nice to try yin yoga for the first time.
Zoe's energy is beautiful & calming & the way she teaches is inspirational ��

After having been to a few other studios and finding them a bit unfriendly and ego based. I have finally found exactly what I am looking for. Quality teaching, clear explanation of the positions and the benefits. several options and variations are given for each position which means that anyone can enjoy the class and also the more advanced practisers can develop. Very attentive teaching with correction of posture always given in a kind positive way. I've seen my practice come on leaps and bounds in only two weeks. Exactly right balance of spirituality and fitness for me. Lovely personal touches with the essential oils and cold flannels. I won't be going anywhere else now!! �� More...

So... yesterday marked a month since I joined Hotyoganic and what a month it has been. From the friendly staff to the warmth of the studio there is so much the place offers from complete beginners to the most advanced practitioners! I now attend daily classes at the studio and have not had a single class which is the same as the previous one. All the yoga instructors are very skilled and friendly and keep the practice varied, motivational and exciting! My first Hot class yesterday and I loved every hot sweaty minute of it.
Zoe was amazing and it's such a beautiful place to be, both physically and mentally.
I'm never going to be perfect but once in my zone I'm in another place.
Never thought I would do this but I'm glad I am. Simply addictive.

Aug 2016:
Managed to fit 3 yoga sessions in this week after struggling to commit the last few months.
Love the challenge (hot yoga is pretty tough!) and it's really helping with a long standing discomfort in my lower back. Would recommend anyone to give it a go!

Did the trial offer in January 2016 and really enjoyed, signed up for monthly membership this week. Love the hot yoga classes, very relaxing yet feel energised after the class. Very nice staff and practitioners!

Attended vinyasa flow this morning with Perla. Class was amazing , felt very welcomed the lady who registered me was lovely and polite everyone asked if I was ok.
They had lockers and showers for after. And the cafe downstairs was utterly amazing - and the staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for me...

Thank you to the great team at Hot Yoganic for such an incredible yoga retreat!! Organic veggie meals every day, beautiful setting and Yoga classes that are accommodating for all levels.
Zoe is a fantastic teacher - very knowledgeable, I would reccomened her classes to anyone. Guest teacher Angela was also great!!

Been to hot yoganic 3-4 times a week over the last month, new to me in the heat, but have to say it's the best thing I've done!
Absolutely loving it, feeling super amasing, sculpted and toned and ready for more... Such a lovely calming atmosphere, friendly staff and fellow yogis!
