If you are going to rent a unit form Big padlock storage then you must be very be careful about the RATS AND VERMIN, they don't have PEST CONTROL!
! I've losses my stuff which all together was worthiness over £22.000 so when I asked them to make a Compensation they've passed me to the insurance, big padlock storage didn't take any responsibility at all,
I was paying £120 plus something extra for the unit’s rent and insurances monthly eventually, after 4/5 months unfortunately I've got paid £6,000 out of the £22,000 from the insurance’s company and I didn’t get anything from the storage they did not compensated me even though a penny!!
They were believing I’ve been compensated from the insurance company because of them, it is literally wrong and sound awful to any of their customers because I was paying for the Insuranc every months to cover my things not them, Insuranc was my rights, the Big padlock storage they’ve should been taking a responsibility in their own side to compensated me not waited for my insurance’s company to compensated me and leaves me with them.
anyway all I’ve had was destroyed because of vermin, (expensive Persian silk rugs, brand new sofas , high brand clothes, shoes, leather boots,beding, kids stuff, etc, and all I’ve had)
Please be very careful and don't follow them only because of the cheap units they are offer you than you will lose all of your items! there is no pest control ever!
Their customer service is very very poor, they’ve been were taking it so easy with that serious matter, looked like they've had similar situations already.
so after that incident I am feeling literally down emotionally because some part of my stuff and (one of my Persian’s silk rugs*) was Gift to me from my dead grandparents :( I can not effort to buy similar items again, people are working hard to earn money but the big padlock storage doesn’t understand it they ain’t care, I will never ever forgive their irresponsibility!!
please DO NOT FORGET ABOUT HOW MUCH I HAVE HAD FROM THE ONLY INSURANCES COMPANY £6.000 out of £22.000 !!
