I have been using Big Bubble for a number of years and found the staff who work in my home to be diligent and have a good sense of humour and are very very trustworthy. We started our business from scratch on March 21st 2005

For one off cleans we bring everything with us in terms of cleaning materials and equipment, but for regular cleans we use the customer's, since people have their own preferences to which products they like to use in their homes

Seeing a difference, providing excellent service and meeting new people

Family is really important to us. We wanted to set up a business that gave us the flexibility around family life, so that we can still be there for our children as they are growing up.

Unlike most cleaning businesses, we EMPLOY our cleaning staff rather than them being self employed. This means you can be assured that they have been properly vetted, they are fully insured, and we spend time working alongside them when you join us to ensure that they are doing exactly what you want. We also have a team of around 16 staff, so it's very rare that we can't cover, so you hopefully receive a continuous service. If your cleaner does leave for whatever reason, another one will be brought in and trained up by us, since we will be fully aware by then of what your requirements are. You are encouraged to call us with any issues that may come up, which we'll address immediately, so no difficult conversations for you! Rarely have we ever had to change a member of staff, but we can if you weren't happy for any reason. We hopefully listen and respond and provide a quality service as much as we can. So you can sign up once and we'll deal with all your requirements around cleaning your home.
If you're interested in our concierge services, then we have experience of helping clients set up home, set up utilities, arrange insurance, call in tradesman, amongst many other things.
We have helped many people rediscover their homes from under their clutter, which may have accumulated over many years, all done sensitively and compassionately
