I started my first business (a bespoke house-building firm) when I was 23. It was what I had wanted to do since the age of 15, and I devoted nearly a decade of my time to building the necessary skills to do so. Another decade later and I can honestly say it was the love of creating something that others appreciate that inspired me to do this at the outset.

I have an exceptionally good success rate on the planning applications I have handled in the last decade - in fact I have had only 2 refusals, and both of those were expected by both myself and the client. I will be honest and professional in the way in which I impart my knowledge and advice, and I am always looking primarily to unlock the most value for my clients, rather than my own bottom-line.

Yes, in many cases I can provide my services remotely. In the case where existing drawings need to be prepared, or where an architectural design project inovolves an existing structure, it will usually be necessary to undertake an on-site survey, but this ususally only takes a few hours. If the site is too far away I can usually find and engage a reliable 3rd party to undertake this element on mine and my client's behalf.
