How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By gaining information on likes and dislikes, number of people attending, ages of people attending, etc. By discussing and agreeing everything in advance. Offering advice based on previous experience and advising on what has been well received by people before.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting the people. Diversity of work and making up lovely food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always had a passion for catering and pleasing people. It came to a point where I could afford to take the risk and so glad that I did. I really really enjoy it.

Because I am honest, flexible and approachable. It is what the customer wants that counts, not what I want. I will always help and advise.
