I called Lee in a desperate pickle. My boiler had lost pressure, and I had lost heating and hot water! I tried all the trouble shooting tips but none worked. Everyone I called was too busy or too far away to help. Lee talked me through some basic steps on the phone, and lo, the pressure restored and my boiler lived again! There must be a problem that I will have to get investigated, but I am so grateful to Lee for averting a disaster and getting me ready for work. Lee came round to do a gas safety check and boiler service as well as to flush our heating system as the radiators were giving out little heat due to build up inside. He also fitted an expansion valve into our current boiler.Lee's service was excellent and professional. he was on time and took care to clean up after cleaning and flushing the radiators (which got very dusty!). I found his pricing to be very reasonable for the service he provided, and am very happy with the standard of his work. After British Gas chose to disconnect my balanced flue gas fire when installing my Smart Meter and other Gas Engineers were more interested in selling me central heating or a brand new gas fire, finding Better Call Lee - Heating & Plumbing was a godsend! Boiler was playing up, originally got someone else out who initially suggested getting a whole new boiler even though this one was 3 years old. I didn’t feel comfortable with this idea, so called lee, he came out identified the problem as being a fault with the gas valve. Unfortunately, the job turned out much larger than expected but Lee informed me before starting any work and did his best to keep the cost down wherever he could.
