I started training as a therapist 25 years ago and i hold a Masters in Psychology, P.G. Certificate in Psycho-traumatology, Diploma in Intergrative Counselling and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. I have been in private practices in wokingham, Windsor, Newbury and Reading since 2005 but in 2019 decided to work mostly at home from Woodley as a Counsellor and a Supervisor.

My clients are people who lead a normal life but their sysmptoms mess up their sense of fulfillment with their lives; They can be having marital/relationship issues or their children need help with anger, anxiety or other fears/phobias. I also see clients with long term issues i.e. PTSD, Borderline personality issues, OCD, severe Depression and childhood issues of sexual abuse or neglect...

Because of my training, i can see a client for just symptom relief from anger issues for 10-12 sessions, using hypnotherapy/NLP and a bit of counselling; or my next client can be an OCD client who needs psychotherapeutic help to understand why he/she is behaving that way, and then work with me to undo the fears and anxieties in the brain and re-script a better narrative for themselves so they can feel, think and behave in a more rational way.

I do work with children with issues of anger, bedwetting, anxieties and fears as well as i do hold my Enhanced Disclosure.

I also offer skype and phone sessions for clients who live far away or abroad provided they are not suicidal or addicted to alcohol or drugs, because these situations require face to face interventions.
