After I've been to Sally's yoga, I feel very calm and rested and get my best night's sleep of the week. Sally is very professional and walks around the room to make sure we are doing the positions correctly. I highly recommend her!

What can I say, Sally is an amazing teacher. I have been practising with Sally for almost ten years and her knowledge and understanding of yoga never stops surprising me. There is always some new nugget of information that she can teach and through her teaching I have found balance and strength not only on the mat, but in my life.
