Hiring Ben to do the Videography for our wedding was honestly one of the best decisions that we made. To be honest, we weren’t going to have video, but after seeing Ben’s work, I just knew it was something I wouldn’t regret…now I would say Ben’s film is our favourite thing to look back on from our day. It perfectly captures all the emotions - from the laughter to the love. From first contacting Ben, he was always professional and attentive. At our first meeting, he ensured to ask us everything that was important to us, from all the little touches, to the people who would be both present and absent, and made sure these featured in the final result. On the day, his approach is professional, un-intrusive and he blends seamlessly into the background (in the nicest possible way!) which made us and our guests always feel comfortable. Having won Ben’s services in a competition and having seen his work online we were excited for him to photograph our wedding in June 2021. Ben approached us for an informal meeting prior to the Wedding in which we discussed our wishes for the Photography and to confirm timings. Ben was extremely accommodating to our wishes and his professional, approachable and friendly manner made creating the tailored experience we had wanted easy. He was happy to answer any of our questions and in doing so assured us that we were receiving a top-quality service.
During the day Ben was able to capture incredible photos which we are extremely happy with, whilst remaining low key throughout as testament to his professionalism and talent. He was also complimented by the venue for his professionalism during their interactions. Again, his approachable and friendly manner allowed Ben to build rapport with our guests with ease, perfect for creating the photographs, and added to the overall enjoyment of the event.
The photos were edited perfectly and presented in a professional web folder with password access to keep them secure whilst still having the ability to share with friends and family.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the service Ben provided and won’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.
