Now, I don't know what kinda voodoo magic they work at BCC - but they brought the carpet on my stairs back to life. Hold up, let me set the scene: months back our main water pipe went bust, they had to pretty much gut my entire downstairs and the workmen were going up and down the stairs to use the restroom. For months, they were walking up and down on carpet what was less than a year old causing it to look old and haggard. I vacuumed time and time again; I also was mopping and vacuuming the newly put down tile because there was a layer of grout dust that would not go away and clung to the cat. The contractors told me that was just to be expected and nothing could be done about this.Lies. All lies.BCC revived my carpet (which I was hyper ventilating about) and easily got the layer of dust off the floors which I had failed at.
