Garden Maintenance
All round garden maintenance can be discussed for commercial and private gardens alike. Gardens are generally visited once a fortnight during the grass growing months and maintenance can take whatever form the customer wants; from grass cutting alone, to border clearing, pruning of shrubs, and patio spraying. Pre season and post season tidy ups would be advisable to prepare the garden for summer and winter, and these would be quoted for separately, along with any additional work outside the fortnightly maintenance e.g. hedges / tree work.

Lawn maintenance customers receive a visit once a fortnight to cut the grass during the grass growing months.
Scarification is also offered. This gathers up all moss deposits from beneath the grass surface, allowing it to breath properly, and therefore grow properly. When grass becomes mossy, it often feels very ‘bouncy’ and also goes off-coloured. To allow the grass to recover properly after scarification, it is mostly advisable to scarify during the Autumn, giving the Winter month as months of recovery.

Hedge trimming / reduction / plating / removal can all be quoted for, on all hedge types; from small privet box hedges, to high leylandii.

All soft landscaping can be quoted for. Whether you have exact plans for what you would like, or if you have a space but no ideas for what to do with it, all options and costings can be discussed. Consultation and quotation provided free of charge.

Garden Tidy Up
Garden tidy ups (pre season and post season) are advisable for a lot of garden maintenance customers. In the Springtime, this prepares the garden for the grass growing months. Clearing the borders, trimming back herbaceous plants, and trimming of hedges and trees all works together in preparing your garden to look its best for the Summer. In the Autumn, clearing away leaves, removal of any unwanted plants, and planting of new shrubs, prepares the garden for not only the winter months, but the following summer too.
One off garden tidy ups are also available to quote. Whether you’ve just moved house, have had an injury and haven’t been able to tend to your garden as usual, or just need a helping hand to get the garden manageable again, visits can be made to discuss options on an individual basis.
