Late night emergency - locked in bedroom with front door key in the lock so no one could get in to help. Paul came asap, before dawn, to my very rural location, in a matter of minutes, had opened front door - heavy duty bank type lock - and drilled the lock of bedroom door to open. The charge was LESS than the quote, and very importantly, I felt completely safe. Is a highly professional company, that went above and beyond. I called these guys out back in April when my lock broke due to a previous locksmith using cheap parts. They explained why the lock installed previously was a security risk and showed me the new parts, which were BSA marked (the previous ones weren't), they were also cheaper than the other locksmith. Today they came back out as the lock broke but as their work is guaranteed that wasn't a problem. The work was fixed within ten minutes, free of charge as it was under warranty, and the original receipt updated.
