I am passionate about the Pilates method of body conditioning which uses a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises to help people improve their posture, mobility, strength, balance and well-being.

I wanted to teach people in my local area and build a Pilates community.

I have been teaching Pilates since 2016 and continually find it a privilege to instruct clients and help them to move with more awareness and ease. I am always learning more about the human body and how it responds to movement. Through additional training I have gained more knowledge in specialist areas such as Ante and Post-natal instruction and exercise for Orthopaedic conditions.
I am so enthusiastic about the benefits of Pilates and aim to teach interesting classes that everyone can enjoy. I plan my classes differently each week, offer modifications and progressions for each exercise and include the use of small equipment.

I can provide online teaching and have successfully been running online classes for 15 months during all the Government lockdowns.

I have been teaching online classes and now as it is safe to return to face-to-face classes I have undertaken additional Covid-19 safety return-to-work training to ensure that I provide aa safe an environment as I can for clients.
