Lisa and her team are extremely helpful and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help you. Couldn't have experienced a better service at Bailies. Was very nervous going as I don't know a thing about cars. Rang up because my car was making a funny noise and Lisa booker me in immediately to diagnose the problem. On inspection by Lee it was discovered I had no oil (light didn't come on)! Lee topped my oil up and I mentioned feeling a rubbing vibration from My front wheel. Quick inspection and a bit of advice I was booked in at a time that suited me. I was dropped home and picked up whilst my car was being fixed, no inconvenience whatsoever and I expected to pay a fortune but was pleasantly surprised at the price. Excellent, after several visits I can honestly say that Lisa makes car repair a pleasure and not the usual nightmare of BS overpricing and shoddy workmanship we have come to expect from other local garage services.
