I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I would advise anyone wanting/needing/thinking about getting electric gates (or gates in general) to contact Richard at AUTO ACCESS SOLUTIONS LTD https://www. autoaccess.co.uk before contacting anyone else. We had ordered our gates from another company who let us down leaving us without gates at the end of our drive for weeks and having 4 dogs in an area surrounded by sheep fields this was a true nightmare. We contacted Richard on the 25 September who came to see us the same day. His knowledge of all the gates available, the intercoms and the suitability in areas of high winds (which we do suffer from being high up and in a valley) was astounding. We chose with complete confidence and due to the urgent situation we had found ourselves in he manufactured the gates and fitted them in what really was an unrealistic time frame. Even as the gates were being fitted any issues we came across were dealt with immediately and solutions found. Our mobile reception is not great but he knew to get the right equipment to boost the signal and ordered it. A gap under the gate due to the driveway sloping was fixed. The streamlined service they provide is fabulous. The professionalism is second to none and the price really is reasonable. In fact I was shocked as to how reasonable this company is bearing in mind the quality of gates, the posts the gates are hung on, the motorised opening equipment and the intercoms they provide. We are over the moon with everything they have done for us and cannot thank them enough for the extra mile they have gone to in order for our gates to be fitted in such a short time - not to mention the aftercare service which really is 24 hours a day - any questions are answered in minutes. We have use Auto Access Solutions to carry out all our work on site.
This started with 2 electric gates and then a 3rd edition. The 3rd gate was to be done whilst other work was being carried out, and AAS had to work around them. Again not a problem, unlike some other companies.
A lot of people can talk the talk. But Richard & Krissy can walk the walk. They take pride in all the work they do.
All work was carried out when advised & on time.
As with all electronics they can fail, we have had a few failures, but they have always been more than helpful. They will either try to fix the issue over the phone and if that does not work, they will come and repair the issue.
You can have a great laugh with them and they don’t mind explaining what does what.
Would highly recommend them to any home / business.
If we need any more gates installing there is only 1 place we will be going to Auto Access Solutions.
