The showroom is full of great ideas and choosing what to have fitted is made all the more enjoyable because of the friendly and knowledgeable team there. There was never any pressure to “sign up now” and the design could always be tweaked along the way. The fitting of our new bathroom including the heating, electrical work and painting was made as painless as possible by experienced professionals; when small issues did crop, as they always do, they were dealt with without any dramas. Wow! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I placed an order, this place is just fantastic. The products, display and quality of customer service is excellent. Crown Imperial Kitchen Blair, unfortunately I am now having to post this publicly as you and your staff ignore calls and emails. You yourself viewed the issue with the dishwasher door, you personally said you would get it sorted out. I was then told a fitter would visit, I stayed in and he didn't arrive. Crown the manufacturers do not recommend putting this door back on as it is rubbing and as you know, it has rubbed all the paint off the corners of the door. It will cause stress on the dishwasher door and likely to have been the cause of the electronic board failing. This has now been going on for over a year. It really is not great customer service and I would certainly not recommend your company based on the experience I have had so far. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you More...
