Booked Atelier for my husbands 50th, so it was a very special day and i wanted it to be special. The chef and his partner came to our home for the consultation and discussed what I wanted. They followed up the same day with an email detailing what we discussed and within a few days presented me with menu options, including desserts. Everything was above and beyond, I didn't need to worry about anything even when I threw in last minute changes... they more than ensured my needs were met. What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dishes are Spanish and French cuisine, our private chef has a breadth of experience in canapés, as well as, asian cuisine.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
When choosing Atelier Culinaire, and before you commit to us, we firstly sit down with our clients for an initial consultation either by phone, Skype, Facetime or (preferably) in person. That way we can find out more about our client's cuisine preferences, their likes/dislikes, and the type of event they are planning. Once we have this information our private chef goes away and researches using our resourcing and experiments on dishes, especially for clients who are looking for a dish that is more bespoke for them (we enjoy this the most!). Once our chef has come up with the menu, we send to our clients to consider.
What do you love most about your job?
The food is our foremost passion it was the reason why we started Atelier Culinaire, and we also love the people it is what makes us, us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With years of experience in the fine food industry, wanting to do something different, more personal, which will allow us to explore the culinary delights and fusions.
Why should our clients choose you?
We strive to improve who we are with continuous improvement in our skills and the customer experience we provide. We are passionate about food and equally as passionate about our service. Both are second to none.
