ASE Design and Build completed a rear and side extension for us in 2019. Initially the works looked good but since completion, we have had a number of leaks at the front and side of the build.
Despite asking them to fix this, the on-going issues remained.
He came around to complete patch up jobs, which never really seemed to work and eventually led to a deep mould infestation (see pictures). Ultimately, we had to pay for an independent surveyor to review the build and who stated the roof works were 'poor worksmanship'.
After following all the correct legal advice and timescales, we had to get a second company to fix up the poor work done by ASE and are currently in a court case to re-coup the money for this.
