What do you love most about your job?
I like being able to assist older adults to live independently in their own home by delivering a high quality service that is centred around their requirements.
I love seeing the satisfaction on the faces of our clients after receiving very good service
I love being able to enable the clients maintain a high standard of living
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked as a registered nurse in the community for many years and being a qualified advanced Nurse Practitioner, I frequently visit patients at home who are receiving care. The level of care these people received vary and I recognized that I have so much more that I could offer to vulnerable adults. With my nursing background, I was confident that my care needs assessment would be holistic, encompassing all aspects of the individual's life that affected their well being. This would enable me to provide the best quality service to the individual while working with external agencies to deliver a seamless service.
