What do you love most about your job?
We genuinely like people and interacting with them to realize a dream or a vision is really enjoyable. Its easy to let a garden "get away form you" especially with and to see how people react when we have brought and improve their garden is great. You can see it in their face how happy they are and a lot of time it is as though they have gained another room to their house. So, everyone is happy!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been interested in what makes success. What make one company successful and the other one not. I clearly remember going to America for the first time in the 1980's and experiencing customer service and mass consumerism for the first time and i think that has always stuck with me. If you offer a good service, a good product at the right price and put that offer in front of enough of the right people that you can make a success of things. You can give people a good job, a good experience and try and give something back to where your work and live in, then i think this is how society works best.
Combining this with working outside in a beautiful City like Brighton is the icing on the cake!
