PT Inferno is owned and run by Arron Reed who is a qualified personal trainer with 8 years’ experience in the sporting sector.
Arron has a range of qualifications including:
•BSc (HONS) Degree in Applied Sport, Health And Exercise Science. National Btec Diploma Sports, Health And Exercise Science
•Level 2 gym instructor qualification
•Advance first aid certification
•Insanity Live Pro Team Instructor Qualification
•Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification
Arron prides himself in the substantial client base that he trains on a regular basis getting some impressive and consistent results for the clients.
Arron focuses not only on your training but looking deeper into your nutrition and eating habits, advising on what may help to attain better results more efficiently and effectively. Many of Arron’s clients have stayed on once they have reached their goals to attain new aspirations and to maintain their health and fitness.
Arron has trained a range of clients from children to senior clients of 70+ working towards their specific needs and goals based on sound degree level exercise science, experience and training modalities.
The aim of PT Inferno is to create an environment where safe, fun, efficient and effective exercise can take place, whilst creating a support network between clients to keep everyone on track through the highs and lows of any fitness journey. Many members also take part in fitness events and races together to build confidence and for fun.
Alongside training others Arron competes at in Obstacle racing (OCR), and he is proud to be sponsored by Fortitude Fitness Centre in Cambridge. Arron travels the country to compete in the elite waves finishing high up in the rankings with various wins. Arron also takes on fitness challenges such as vertical rush and ultra runs throughout the year.
